Hey everyone, I am now using adbrite on my simpsons episode website (simpsons4u.blogspot.com)

i didnt get a domain because it is not a main thing i would like to promote, not to mention i will be making many more sites like this of different shows.

i get about 1200 clicks daily on usercash and 1500ish views.

i am atm making about 50 cents daily on adbrite, any of you ppl use adbrite, any tips?

    Hey

To simply put it, adbrite sucks. Dont put it on your sites that allow adsense, only put it on sites that most companies dont allow such as warez/proxified pages on proxies/etc etc.

And 50 cents from what you said is normal lol

So the moral of the story is, use adsense, or adtoll(Average 4-6 cents per click) ;)

Well I was banned from Adsense randomly @ $96.00 after 8-9 months. They said I was clicking my own ads, which I wasn't, but I have heard of many other sites being banned aswell. I guess they only allow one account per IP? Cause I tried registering many different sites and they deny all of my entried, I may try registering under my dads name at his house, hopefully this works. Wish me luck!

And yes, I miss adsense soooo much :]

Try adtoll i can sign you under referral if you want, or try yahoo's network.

And maybe a member in family clicked your ads not knowing;)

I see a lot of negative things listed in this thread, but I use them on some sites and make decent money. I find that they work very well for the entertainment niche. However, adbrite has poor customer support (never had a problem getting paid though). For those of you only earning pennies, are you using adbrite to it's fullest? Here are a few tips to maximize your profits:

    1. Describe your site very well when adding it to the marketplace. Be sure to use all of the keywords possible that could help advertisers find your site. Be sure that all of the keywords are related to your site. By doing this, you make it easier for advertisers to find your site.
    2. Set ad approval to manual, by doing this you can weed out all of the poor, or low paying ads. If you must set your approval system to auto, be sure to moderate your advertisers from time to time.
    3. Give it a week or so. Advertisers will take some time to find your site, so leave the ads there more than just 24hrs to see how it will preform.

Adbrite is not set it and forget it. It can be a great earner if you know how to use it.

    I hope this has helped.

I use Adbrite and its making me good cash. On some sites its paying more then Adsense. Adbrite takes work and you have to play with it. Unlike Adsense you got more control over the look and feel plus they dont have smartprice MFAs invalid clicks BS.

I have been using Adbrite and have not had any problems. My traffic is going up on a regular basis, which in turn is adding to my revenue.

I have read a lot of bad things about Adbrite, but I have read a lot of bad things about numerous other advertising sites as well, so who really know, I think it's different for every website. I was using google adsense, but was banned from that, because they accused me of clicking on my own site, which I never did. I have read about this happening over and over to others.

I am always looking for other way to advertise, but for now, Adbrite seems to be working good.

    Good Luck in your search.

    That's absolutly true.

Most people think that it's just paste the code and that's it. If you are lazy, then AdBrite is not for you.

Traffic quality and ad position plus optimization of the ads if the key factor in doing well with any ads. Also the targeting of the ads is another important factor. It's also the network. Some people like adbrite and do well with it and then others don't. So trail and error is another thing you should be doing. Try other networks aswell and see if you do better with them.
