i personally would give the nav buttons a little more color so they stand out. center your leader board ad at the top even out the ads on the right. put another ad next to the firefox ad you have now. theres 4 latest videos - make it 5 so it eats up the extra space you have under it. center your footer ad

I will talk more of the design: Please blend your top leaderboard just like what you made with the bottom one. Center it as what the other members have said. Regarding the Firefox streaming stuff, you can program it to be targeted. Like if browser is not Firefox, then display. I get pissed whenever I read referral links to use Firefox when I am already using Firefox. You can see an example of perfect targeting on my blog with the link on my sig. It blends seamlessly. Overall, it's nice!
The site look quite nice. Here are some suggestions: -The banner ad near the header: Center it so that it will look more organised. -The AniTube banner on the right (sidebar): It protrudes out of the designed container. You can remove the border around the image (i.e. no rounded border), and put the image nicely in a container of its own. -Login box on the right (sidebar): Shift it up. You want users to register right? -Secondary menu on the right (sidebar): Don't call it "secondary menu". Call it something else. -Sponsored link on the left (sidebar): Make the sponsored link nofollow if you do not want Google to penalize you. -Pagination (content, bottom): Try to make "End>>" go in line with the rest, and not break to the next line [i.e. the width of the area containing the content is too small] Anyways, you have customized the Joomla site quite nicely. Rating: 8/10.
Alright. This is a great site. It has a lot of potential but it needs a little work. Good Notes: -Logo: Although its basic, it fits with the overall template of the page and for that I will give kudos. -Template: Again, Although basic, it presents a great overall design Needs Work: --Login and "Whos Online" Table: These should be shifted to the top. If you want your viewers to see who is online and log in fast then this would be the best way for it to happen. --Sponsored Link: This needs to be either removed or moved towards the bottom. You do not want your viewers to come to your page with the intention that you want them to go somewhere else before viewing what you have. That is the first thought I had. --Name: seems like a "knock-off" of YouTube but designed for anime. --Navigation: needs a different image. The navigation layout is great but it really has no fit into the page. You want it to fit into the page like a puzzle piece and a puzzle. You want it to snap together and look good other than look like it was slapped there at the last minute. --Ads: You should only have one set. Having the extra set on the top and bottom is too much. People are going to think you are selling ads over producing a product. The bottom ones would be best to go. They do not fit with the overall design. If you fix that I guarantee that you will have a great website running. Otherwise, I would rate it 7/10. I do not mean to sound harsh but you will get customers but not as many as you could have if you fixed it up and went more organized. To answer your question - no I don't think your site is lacking much. That may be the problem. It just seems too busy and all the stuff that is there is tough to single out and make sense of. If that makes sense.
