Today i logged into my Adsense and saw that i earned $13.50 from 40 clicks and 650 impressions from one of my blogs! I think that is because i sent an email to 20k people and most of them use yahoo mail. Most mails have not reached yet...they are in queue. But can someone help to how to know if someone click bombed those ads? Details are as follows: Page impressions: 650 Clicks : 40 Earnings: $13.50 So can someone help me know if some guy click-bombed my ads?
If you have been click bombed your havent posted this message. Instead of this we can see another posting saying your account have been disabled and asking us to pray that your account will be re-instated by Google.
i dont think so, but my website has 40 click which make like about $19 one week after, it got bane by google still waiting for them to review my appealling
First of all you need to understand one thing here that if some will click-bomb your website then there wont be so much less hits since if some is trying to BAN your account then, the CLICK RATIO will be like 100 Clicks minimum nothing less then that, I have seen this kind of Examples in last 6 years of my adsense consultancy Business. apart from that I would give you one personal advice instead of you sending MASS MAILER and people coming on your website, take some efforts towards doing SEO for your website and let people come on your website on their own. Note necessarily. It all depends on the type of ads displayed on a website. Each ad varies in costs to you. I have one website that get around $0.90 for 10 clicks, while on another I get around $12 per day from 8 clicks.
I am good at SEO. I was just trying to figure out how much traffic i get by email advertising..lol. BTW, i hit digg homepage atleast once a week..so no need for me to worry about. And thanks for the other info.
I sometimes get upwards of $2 or $3 for one single click, so I think you could very well have done that well. Great work!
In that case, you are in a high paying niche. BTW, you do need to worry about your account as adsense do not like email marketing of sites having adsense.
I Have seen cases in my career where by google has banned the website which do lots of Email marketing and people are coming on the website by Directly clicking on the URL. They have a system as well using which they Determine how many visitors are coming on the website either by Clicking on URL direct or by typing the URL in the address bar. Regards Nandan
luckily the mail was sent to only 1k people or so(not to mention that the email didn't went to about 800 people). lol Rest all messages were in queue which i deleted. Now i know email marketing is not a good strategy to gain traffic.
