How is income tax treated with Adsense when you reside outside the USA ? Do you receive a declaration form from Adsense with total yearly revenue ?

If I were to be banned from Adsense personnaly, would a DBA name be enough to open a new account ? Provided that I can receive payment made to this DBA name ?

I also reside outside the US, if you live outside the US there are no forms or taxes that you must pay, you just go into Tax information on adsense and answer the questions which will determin wheather or not you need a form, if you live out side of the states the only reason you would need a tax form is if you are employing someone in the states or buying or selling goods whithin the states. If you answer all of the questions that determine wheather you need a form or not with no then you do not need to submit anything to google.

I understand what you are saying about no US forms needed. But, it is not true you dont pay income tax. For example, im in Canada and Adsense is income and I must pay tax on all income I make, even if made in the US.

Oh, ok, Yes you need to declare all foreign income on your income tax return in Canada on your T1 tax form, I don't know if you recive a total yearly declaration on your earning from adsense but you might recive some sort of proof of your earnings with your checks, like a payment stub, but I'm not sure.

If you get banned from adsense and use a DBA name you can probably open up a new account, but if adsense finds out that you are using the same computer as a banned account they may suspend your new account too, as well as any earnings that you have made with the new account.

Thats a good question. In canada we get a slip called T35 with your yearly earnings on it from your employer, and you use that with your income tax..
Not sure about adsense... I think you have to just fill out with the good of your own word?

I live in Argentina but have my bank account in Norway.

So the argentinian goverments have no idea what i make on any of my businesses and I dont pay any taxes. Which is quite nice as it gives a great deal extra cash to fiddle around with.

And as I'm not living in norway nor working for any norwegian company or any business related to Norway I don't have to pay taxes there either.

So its pretty good. As far as possible I recommend a similar solution to others who wan't to escape the taxes.

Btw check the documentary movies America: Freedom to Fascism and The Money masters - How international bankers gained control of america that explains the tax fraud and that you are not really obligated to pay it in any case.

Well worth a look both of them Money Masters goes more into details than Freedom to fascism and backs it up with more information and evidence.

    Cheers
