JesseHolmz did a great job designing a handful of banners for me as well as rewriting the content for a few of my sites.

So - $20 usd$ would get me a header, a footer, a horizontal banner (common size) and a vertical banner (common size) - cool. Are the banners coded and capable of linking to wherever?

Yep, $20 for 4 images. There's no coding involved as far as websites go, this is strictly for the images. Included is an animated .GIF and/or static .JPG, as well as the .PSD source file.
