Why I am banned withut any fault(due to another's fault)

I have just created this username "qaswer" for some clarification.
I have already a banned user "sellmyforum" which is being banned
just a few hours ago with out any of my fault.
This evening I am shocked to know that I am banned without any reason(In my thoughts).
A DP user Postingpays just claimed that a thread at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=403011 belong to him.
He got banned according to this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=590797.
I am really confused to know all this.
I have worked with postingpays a long time ago as paid poster but have started my own firm as webvigor.com
Will you people ban someone if another person just claimed that he started a thread but in real he don't.
I have no concerns with postingpays and it is none of my fault.
A few days back I have reported on of his reply in my thread about
advertising his own services in my thread. His reply was deleted and I think he has got infraction for this(Is it my fault to report a bad post in my own thread?) but Why I am banned?
I am relly worried, please respond me as soon as possible. I am not going to use username "qaswer" in future because I have just created it for communication with mods here.

I am still saying, Postingpays tried to steal my thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=403011 so I have reported it twice, mods took action and delete postingpays reply but why I am banned? Is it wrong to report a person who is going to steal my own thread. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=403011 this thread purely belongs to sellmyforum(my banned user). Please re-check it, I think mods have some confusion.

As the others have hinted you're going to get into trouble for making a duplicate account.
I can understand why you've done it - getting communications to the admin team any other way is about as effective as a solar powered torch.

 

How to do that, I have just created this account to communicate because I don't know how to talk to mods or admin in other ways? I can't see anything with my banned user.

 

Since you've mentioned it there *used* to be a 'Contact us' link at the bottom right of the forums - that has obviously been removed very recently. So there's even less chance now (other than making a dup account) of getting a message to the admin team. Still, I doubt that observation will act as any sort of defence.

 

what did the email say you are banned for?

it looks like you have 4 infractions for bumps in that one thread alone. so if you got banned for building up your infractions, then you just extended it for making a dupe account.

 

I haven't used any duplicate account to bump my thread even I haven't any duplicate account before creating this "qaswer" which I have created to communicate.

Regarding 1st, I had this thread in content creation since 3 months and there was nothing wrong with it.
Regarding 2nd, I know Postingpays because I have worked with him in past but I don't own that user. I has reported his effort to steal my thread twice and mods had deleted his replies. he just claimed to own my thread in this section and i got ban as well. Even I am astonished to see this. Why I am suffering due to "postingpays"?
