    Hello we are having data center issue, "Our monitoring has identified a potential issue with the PDU your server is plugged into. We are currently looking into the issue and at this time a expecting an emergency replacement"

    NO, NO, data loss at all. We will be up shortly and this will all be old news. I have to admit this is the first time we have had more that 10 Minutes down time IN 5-6 Months, I'm pretty bummed, but at the same time happy this issue is being handled quickly.     Yea, thats true this is the first time it has ever taken this long...

    It hasnt happened alot but if a site ever is down it is usually back up before I get a response back from a PM :)

    Yes we are currently down, and are working on this issue. We ask that you contact us through PM if you need anything.. As our issue is resolved.
    I have to say this issue was the worse timing ever, and no host ever wants a server network or hardware failure.
    These things happen and even IwhiC was no different. This in no way makes us a bad host. Our main box will be online shorty and I will keep everyone posted. I wont run and hide for hours on end or days till the server is back online, I will suffer the down time with you.
    Those clients that have a purchase with us from DP please send us a support ticket, WHEN the server is back up and we will credit your accounts for this down time.
    Make sure to include the domain name of the account.

    This is still in progress as we have discovered the OS was not booting. We are done with the reinstall of the OS and are in the progress of transferring all accounts to the server. We hope to have the service this morning ...

    I know, an OS reload is a big headache, I have had it before some months because of hostparlor. I lost my peace for 2 days because of this.

    Ok, I have some shell codes which will help you to restore your client's account if you have their account's backup as tar.gz file generated by cPanel's internal backup function.

    Normally, you have to restore all client's account on by one manually. But this script will help you to save time by doing all jobs for you. It can automatically restore all backups.
