Has anyone ever had a butter burger? A hamburger that is soaked bun and all in warm melted butter. I have not, I saw a documentarly once on greate american hamburgers and this was the one I remember the most. mmmmmm
I haven't, but in Scotland they like to Batter and Deep fry chocolate bars, like snickers, it sounds sickly but apparantly they taste ok.
lol, urban myth. Maybe years ago there was a period of a few months people ate that, just a fad. Suits the news to bring it up every now and then!
i thought they still did it, ive never witnessed it, just seen it on tv, id probably try it out of curiosity.
You might find the occasional place in a touristy area will still them but almost nowhere else. Liek everyone else I tried it at the time, too sickly and an early heart attack if you keep that kinda diet up
I agree, a bit risky if someone really took a liking to them. I think Elvis went that way didn't he? deep fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches or something, comfort food but dangerous food.
Ok.. The Butter Burger "Glenn Fieber at Solly's Grille in dairy proud Wisconsin is keeping his family tradition alive with the butter burger, an all-beef patty that literally swims in pure Wisconsin butter." This is from the documentary Hamburger America - http://www.hamburgeramerica.com/synopsis.htm I know It would kill, but if you saw this, it looks GOOD!.. Culvers labels their burgers as Butter Burgers, but they are not.
