^ Best writing blog I've come across :)

The best instruction would be to write everyday. Even if you find good stuff to study and courses you will only learn by actually doing the work.

^KeywordsandCopy aka Chris 'The 7k Man' ;) has got a great blog and I think you can learn a lot from on there...

Anyway, I was thinking about taking some writing courses myself and I was wondering if anyone could point me to any 'comprehensive guides' on the subject. I'm looking for nonfiction writing guides, they kind of books or courses that explore the nook and cranny, and cover writing in depth.

    Thanks in advance

I wouldn't mind putting one together... I have a decent chunk of experience and some local minor schooling in the matter... used to write an article for a local magazine for a little while... wouldn't mind flipping through a few books and putting some info together and building a few free lessons to put up on the web... anyone want to contribute a tip with a quote blurb?

I studied journalism for four years and have written for online publications and several local magazines. Care to be my padawan? lol

But seriously, I would be more than happy to share what I know with you. :) Don't ask me about grammar though, I've forgotten it years ago. lol
