    10 months revenue...What a dream....I wish I get 10 months revenue buyers out there....What a load of BS...
    It's offer and demand. And 'ready, willing and able' buyers are going about 3 months of revenue, no more...

    BTW, there's a bunch of site for sale at 3-4 months revenue or less at http://www.webmaster-talk.com/websites-for-sale/
    which is not my site. So you don;t have to go there, I don't care...

    The thing is, if you have a unique niche you can sell for 12+ month revenue just because everyone wants it. If you have a common site like proxies expect 3 month revenue max. But i can do 6 since im just that good lol
