I bought this site here at the end of April of this year. I submitted it to quite a few free directories in April, May and June but have done no further link building since then. The traffic (save the file and then view with an image viewer that allows you to zoom, Windows default viewer for instance) has started to grow over the last month but would benefit from additional link building. Site currently has 264 backlinks per Yahoo and is PR2. Revenue has also been growing over the last month, it totalled $17.68 in November and has already earned $3.20 in December, more than $1/day.

Content is unique and full copyright and ownership will be passed to buyer, I will not use or sell this content again. According to the original seller there are a total of 7,374 words of content.

Sorry, this site is no longer for sale, my CPA recommended against it at the range of bids offered.

But if you have sites for sale at any where near 5 months adsense revenue I'll be happy to take a look.
