can adsense be used on this domain name

hey guys i have a domain name which was used to make an adsense account but i never really used adsense on it & i used it on some other domain so if the adsense account was disabled for invalid clicks & i sell the domain that was used 2 make the adsense account can the person i sell the domain to use adsense on that domain ??

Yea he can still use it and not get banned. I havent had problems with a site I bought like that.
