If you could get into the top 10 of google for ANY keyword how would you best exploit this ability to maximize profits?

what would you website contain and why? and why do you believe this would be the most profitable keyword and method of exploiting the keyword?

would it be mortgage leads or lawyers links, or simple just a clickbank product?

I would prefer it to be Dating Site ....thats recurring revenue. Even if its a free site with adsense or other ppc ads, it is still recurring..!!

 

I still can't believe how popular dating sites became, it really is amazing.

Myspace codes, myspace layouts. Those two keywords alone bring in 40,000 daily unique visitors, so I'd love to rank for those

 

PPC\CPM would be a primary goal, you wouldn't even need an ad network. Advertisers would contact you directly and you get some amazing rates.

 

Well, The perfect example is plentyoffish.com, I read sometime back on johnchow.com OR MSN news, that he makes almost $10K per day running google ads. The dating site is free and have millions of views per day.
Isn't it amazing? He is the only one person running the show. No employee, no office space..

you see I have the ability to get into the top 10 of google for ANY keyword but I don't know exactly how to commercially exploit my ability

I thought adsense was a poor payer
