Is it possible to Withdraw funds to Indian bank from a VCC verified paypal.
I have account with ICICI. Since I'm a student they rejected my credit card application. I verified my paypal with a VCC. Withdrawing is possible with this? Any risk involved in this?

Don't think so that there is any problem if you withdraw funds to Indian Bank account as you have VCC verified paypal account IMO.

What is the Problem with you ? Are you having any doubts regarding the Bank transfer ?

Well I even do not have credit card in My Name and verified my Paypal using VCC and have withdrawn more than once from the same paypal account. So do not worry. Nothing would happen.

Just withdraw it using correct IFS codes of your ICICI bank otherwise paypal would charge your INR 250 for returning fees.

There is absolutely no difference between a VCC verified and a "real" CC verified account.

you can withdraw to your bank except you cannot withdraw to your card since it is VCC not CC....
