Well, you know, those articles aren't written by computers - if they make any sense - so some person has to write them. People actually make a living writing, some do that is.

Writing your love story could certainly be a good idea, if you are trying to promote a dating-site or match-making site - especially in India. Do get it checked for grammatical and spelling mistakes though: your English doesn't look good enough for direct publishing right now.

That statement right there tells the world that you are not ready to write for a living.

Associated Content would probably be a good website to try. They'll pay about 3-8 dollars per article upfront and then pay $1.50 for 1000 page views.

    a) Refine your English, otherwise you're not getting more than a cent a word - ie jack shit.
    b) Don't waste your time on article websites, as they pay the same amount you'd get on Digital Point.

If you improve your writing to any degree of respectability, then setup a website for yourself and seek high paying clients. With the way you're currently writing though, you don't deserve anything more than a cent a word.

Publish the articles on your own site. Use them to push affiliate offers for dating websites.

Hub Pages is good but they won't stand for duplicate content you have to be original. I prefer them to the article sites as you can also use videos, photos etc You get 60% of the adsense revenue and any ebay and amazon sales you make (assuming you sign up the affiliate schemes)

That is generally the point of those sites. They aren't paying you to spend 2 minutes on Google. You won't make it very far if you just submit other people's work to the freelance writing boards.

You definitely need to refine your english and stop saying stuff like "ma" which isn't too much of a 'shortcut' if you ask me.

And since you're into engineering, you might want to start a blog on the subject. That way you can offer technical writing and point people to your blog to show them your expertise.

And to answer your original question, yes you might be able to make some dough writing romantic stuff. There are lots of sites that showcase love stories. Just make sure you use some really sensual wording and sound like a sensitive dude (yuk). Most of those things are read by women you know ;)
