The site is secure. the file area is secure.
I did not program the site so I can't answer
the question what kind of security it has but
let me insure you that the backend is safe.

It's all up to the admin to choose the size and
what types of files are allowed to be uploaded.

It runs on php and MySQL.

I watched your video demo but there was no audio and it's so small I can't quite make everything out. I'm interested but not entirely clear on the process... is the following correct?

The seller of a digital product registers on your site, enters info about their product, and uploads their product file to your server... right? They also add links to this on their own site.

When the seller's customers click a buy now button, I assume it goes to paypal and, if successful, is then directed to your site for immediate download. Is that right?

Or does the buy now go to your site, then paypal, then back to you.
