How to put adsense, and related codes on my site?

I am wondering how to put adsense, adbrite, yahoo publisher, ect on my site. I am running phproxy, and the code they give me is html.

Adsense provides you the appropriate javascript to display ads. Have you signed up for Adsense?

open the php file in notepad and take tha adsense code from adsense cpanel... then paste them in ur php page and save...

Open your page source code using any text editor, then paste the Adsense code provided in your Google Adsense account, upload the file to your server.
