A $10/day site worths around $900....
I mean , if there's someone selling a $10/day site for $xx, I'm willing to pay $xx + 20 bucks...So, sell it to me...

I have never been able to sell a site for more than 3 months of revenue.
Lots of lookers, copiers and so on but no payors, payers...whatever...

I recently sold my directory for $515:
August: $235
September: $285
October: $260

I put it at $1500, $1200, $900, $600 and finally got a buyer at $515...
And it has been right there for weeks and weeks...Even people saying to good to be true, I don't buy!!!
I had one that brings $1400/month since 10/2006. So it is really established now. The most I could get was on SP and the bidder who never pay bid $6000 (4 month revenue). I was so happy for the deal but he never pay, like always on SP BTW...
Before that, I never could sell a site making $800/month...not even for $200 people didn't buy....
So when I see some people saying that for 10 month revenue they'll buy, that's pure BS....with a big B and a big S...

And for the poster above, i have sold a site that made 50-75 dollars per month for 1250 dollars Thats like 25 months revenue lol. But has the potential to make way more ( Well did)

The site that was making $800/month I stated, that nobody wanted...I had to keep it...it's doing $3300-$3500/month now...

yeah no one wants proxies, i meant real sites earning that much on a regular basis!

Show me a thread to an adsense site, not a proxy or other crap thats earning $10 a day and selling for under $1000 so i can buy

you're a dumb ass for selling so cheap. and directory's suck to much work involved.

 

whats wrong with proxies? yes, before holidays who would want them lol, but 10$/day made from a proxy is the same as 10$/day made with a normal site...i wouldn't mind having a few 10$/day proxies, rather than a website that makes 15$/day and def wouldnt't sell them for 3 months revenue

Exactly, and the best part is they require like no maintenance, and you can set one up for 3 dollars, and just submit to topsites, and other stuff im not going to tell you, but one good day of work you get that money back within 1 day, and its pure profit from there, frigin awesome if you ask me, only down side is its very expensive to run many proxy sites (if your serious about them) because you need a awesome dedicated server.
