There seems to be cheaper alternatives mentioned here and there on DP but I went with BANS because I am such a klutz I needed a solution that was simple to implement. It is that alright. It is very easy to set up and so far I am very happy with the results in the search engines.

I threw up the first site very quickly using an old domain I had lying about. I popped up a few articles just to test out the system and then forgot about it. To my great surprise I've made a couple of tiny sales and the site itself is getting ranked in Google despite me doing very little else to it at all.

So from where you purchased the BANS store?
And how much does it cost to you, and what about your sales?

There is a BANS site where you can buy direct but you don't save anything. Do a DP search for Bans and look in the sigs and buy through one of them. I haven't bothered becomeing an affiliate yet but you might as well let some other DP member get a commission, right?

I am not going to go into details about sales. It's enough to say that they are tiny at the moment but nevertheless they amount to more activity than I have had from CJ for years.
    The cost was $97.

I'm aiming to get to a steady revenue with the site - and so outline the steps to help others do the same. Feel free to ask any questions on the site and I'll help where I can.

I haven't marketed as in paid ads for either the first bans I put up or the two I've made since then. I did pay some money for articles for the first site which turned out to be money well spent because that is what is appearing in the serps. Once you have it up and running, you'll find that you market it like any other site. Use the seo functionality that BANS set up provides, get some incoming links, go on and put some articles to article directories and all the usual suspects.

It does seem like a lot of money to lay down at first but once you have it, you can put up as many bans sites as you like. There is also a Bans forum which I think is only available after you have the software (though I'm not sure about that). It is helpful with installation, customisation and marketing.

Bans is a great way to get into the affiliate marketing as its sooo easy to set up the sites and with a bit of web design knowledge you can completely customise them

I make around £1000 ($2000) a month through Bans. I found that PPC hasnt worked with my particular niches so far. Organic traffic is the way forward here. As a lot of people are immediately put off when they see its an Ebay store - Hense you end up paying a lot for PPC traffic that leaves straight away.

I haev also found that with a little bit of content Google ranks fairly well. You also get a lot of long tail keywords with the auction titles.
