tried a few of those myself - have not made a dime I could actually spend

It's the way to go if you have time to waste and like lots of spam to your mailbox and loads of multiple popups/unders

Admitedly yellowsurveys.com can be a little hit and miss, so here is my personal experience with a few sites.I have ACTUALLY BEEN PAID the figures below so can vouch that they pay out.

www.globaltestmarket.com -- One of the best sites out there, I have earnt $200 from taking around 20, ten minute surveys.
www.mutualpoints.com - a paid to shop site, but also with surveys, i have earnt $50 here.
www.ciao.co.uk - Regular surveys, plus also get paid to review products. I have earnt $30 here.
http://www.thats-what-i-think.co.uk - A really good honest site.Monthly surveys about films and cinema worth about $10 each.

Survey taking will never make you rich, but you should alway be able to make at least $10/hour taking them, which is far better than some other "make money online programs"

    hope thats been a help
    :)

I cant recall exactly when I joined Global Test Market, it was about two years ago or so, but I have reached payout twice and am on my way to the next one. Global has the highes psyout of any of the survey sitesI do - $50 -- Most are $5 or $1o payout

I should also say that I am very busy so I dont do a lot of surveys. Just one every now and then. If I did every one I received an invitation for I am sure I could make more.

You have tried the wrong ones. It is true that most so called survey sites are scams. I have a list of personally reccomended paying surveys - these are all legitimate paid surveys no pop ups, no email spam, no offers to sell anything whatsoever - http://www.earncashforsurveys.com

There's a really good free e-book I found in the freebies section of this forum at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=544722 with loads of advice about paid surveys and a lot of details about hundreds of different paid survey sites
