What are the best directories?

I have pretty much an unlimited budget and would like to know the directories I can submit to that are most likely to give me results... can anyone advise?

EDIT: I'm talking about the big powerful directories... please can you not post your own.

Is it my imagination, or has that list undergone considerable changes? I'd like to compare it with the earlier cached version, but the %&%^(! search engines don't have a copy.

I prefer Dmoz.. Yes.. some people say its crap but I still respect them..

just have a question here... if free submissions are more prone to spamming does paying for one good enough? and is forum posting serves as a better exchange for having a one way link rather than directory submissions?

Glad to see the update of the update. Thanks for notifying me about it. Bloggeries is the strongest blog only directory on the list. Been working hard so I'm extremely glad to see that.
