I am looking for a full-time assistant (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) You will be doing work for me and my partner (about 50/50 split) Work will be: - Article Writing - Forum Posting - General Research - Basic HTML - Basic Design - Directory Submissions - Social Bookmark Submissions - Customer Support - And a couple other assorted tasks Now we understand not everyone can do all that. But hey, we'll teach you what you don't know (and if we don't know either, you can learn while getting paid ) You will need good english skills, and to be available on gtalk for the 8 hours (we can negotiate a time for lunch and breaks) You get christmas off (about a week ) as well as your birthday, national holidays, easter, new years, weekends. Our budget (at this stage) is $1-$1.50 an hour. In a few months we will look to increase this for sure. If you do good work, you will be rewarded. You also get free hosting, and a couple free domains you can do whatever with (develop, sell) We are flexible with working times, holidays (and just in general!) Though you will be fired if you spend more time doing other things than working We aren't that lenient lol

I can do that Excel thing, forum posting, HTML and Design. Please PM me, I'm interested in taking the job offer, but I think 1.50$ per hour is a bit low, just my two cents.
Could go to $2 an hour. If you live in USA, Australia, England etc then yes $2 is low. I know off the top of my head a handful of people that earn $1 an hour (even less!) and am sure they aren't isolated cases. You might be able to get a bit more money per hour doing other things, but this is assured work. If you are freelancing its hard to get a full weeks work (plus you spend hours and hours looking for work which you aren't paid for)
That's below minimum wage, should be illegal as far as I'm concerned. The minimum wage here is $5.5/hour.
