    Pagerank is determined by the number of google backlinks. That means there are two possible indicators that the google pagerank is not valid. #1 is when a page shows pagerank in online tools but does not have any backlinks in google.

    The Second possible scenario is when a domain is masked to redirect to a high PR site, it will temporarily "gain" the pagerank of the page it was masked to, even after the "Domain Masking" is taken down. You can easily tell this by googling "info:domainname.com" (no www / no space). If a different website is returned, the domain was recently "Masked".

    In this particular case, the domain name was Masked and returns HideBrowse.com instead of Zonaproxy.com, meaning that the pagerank is invalid. This is not always the fault of the owner, but it certainly detracts from the value of the domain.

    In regards to the zonaproxy.com: blogmaster2003, Could you please post Traffic, Visitor, and Bandwidth statistics? I will definately bid if the website has any value beyond the domain name / assumed pagerank.
