I'm 47kg's.. and i'm about 1metre80cm or was it 42?? ugh i can't remember. I'm underweight for my age. Looking back on photos 7yrs ago i'm still a skinny rip.. reason; i got glandular fever in 02 couldn't eat for a week..throat swelled up badly. luckily i forced sustagen down becuase there was no way i was going hospital..I went from an australian size 14 to size 10 in clothing within a week. I'm now now still floating between size 10-12. strangely I love sugar in my coffee and drink full cream milk..eat lots of dairy products no "diet" foods at all. (don't get me started on the diet food labels!)..maybe it's becuase i don't burn up alot /therefore i don't eat much and don't put any weight on..lol
Do them how I do them. Feet crossed, clapping I only do pushups after my 2 hour chest workout though, my last set of the day.

Height = 5.7 Weight = 125 Pounds The humor is that I am actually pretty muscular, so I have very little body weight. I can bench press 150 pounds 6 times and I can do 65 push-ups in one go.
