Who killed Adwords? Where are my clicks and impressions? Almost a month with this problem. GOD help Google
So are you asking a question? If you're having problems with your account post some details or contact Google directly.
Try searching for your own keyword. If it appears, click on it. If it doesn't, and Google's not rejected your advert or keywords, your minimum bids are below your actual bids and you aren't outside your time and location targets, ask Google.
I have a same issue.. I added a new CC three days ago,but payment is still in progress and ads are offline!
Ads are not rejected, bids are higher than the minimum bid but still I am not getting any clicks/impressions. I sent an email to Google yesterday, now I am waiting for their answer
click on "contact US" and then select "Payment & Billing" and click on next page, then you will see an online support button below listed FAQs.
Let me know how this goes, we are doing a long-tail adwords campaign for geospecific searches and that may be one of the reasons we're having a problem.
You could also try calling their Adwords support line at 1-866-2-Google. I havn't had to call them in a long time but I think that the number is still in operation.
adwords is dead on my end too!in five days i change the words at least 5 time and the bid is on top of everybodys.....but still no clicks or impression
I suggest you continue to email AdWords and contact them via LiveChat to get a response. They'll fix it eventually.
First check your quality score, then bids, then click on the magnifying glass next to your keywords check the suggestions. If nothing happens then coctact your Adwords rep!
I have the same problem, all my ads are active however I am getting no traffic Wat so ever, at 1st only my old adverts where working and the new ones got no traffic, after contacting the adwords online support add my adverts stopped working, I suggest that you don't contact the adwords support they will only make things worse and they are not helpful.
Maybe it's due to the fact that Adsense ads have to get their URLs clicked? I've actually noticed this, too.
