Yea thats true it has been over discussed. But here are some other traffic sources if you are interested.
- SEO
- Forum sig
- blog
- Social bookmarking sites (use digg for short term traffic like about a day or two and use stumble upon for long term traffic)
- Try and crack JV deals
- Get lots of Affiliates to promote your product and pay them 50% or whatever you wish per sale.
- Submit articles to several article directories (this might help you a bit with your seo too).

Once you start generating free traffic keep on testing and tracking this traffic once you know what your conversion rate is then you can work out a massive adword campaign like if your sales page is really converting then adword will be the best source of traffic cause it will generate traffic instantly and you wont have to pay your affiliate or JV's nor will you have to do hard work of seoing and other stuff. But make sure you work out your conversion rate otherwise your PPC campaign can go sour and you might go into loss. So first test and track everything and then make a lot of money.

These are just my suggestions end the end you have to decide what works for and what doesn't.

 

Blog Rush is supposed to be shit, lots of bloggers are taking it off as it's not bringing traffic. I had it on for a short while but got two hits outta it, link baiting works better IMO.

 

In 3 weeks I've get 3 visits from BR. It is free traffic, but c'mon. I just removed BR from my blog.

I recommend also BlogCatalog for free traffic. And MyBlogLog.

yes mybloglog will give you traffic. I got lots of visitors coming from mybloglog.

 

The Pro version for MyBlogLog is apparently for the stats only. If you do not need detail stats from MyblogLog, it should be alright to use the standard free version.

Social Network, like Facebook are a very good source of free traffic.Also, Youtube videos and Yahoo answers.

 

Take it or leave it, free traffic from Google is still the best as far as I'm concerned. So, do your SEO properly.

 

I completely agree, do your seo properly and its still the only thing that matters.
