WTS File Hosting site $5+ month ADS

I am looking to get back into blogging and maybe some other ventures, so I'm selling this site.

I had a buyer for this but it was a new member to DP that decided to not pay after bidding, so I'm relisting this as an auction, bidding starts at $25 with a BIN of $125. auction ends 9:00 PM Wednesday

Income: Average is $5+/month from adsense. makes a great addition to any portfolio. Note last month it made almost $7, with no advertising so its great and hardly any costs with hosting.

Traffic: Site is about 9 months old, I haven't done much to promoting after the 3rd month, but its been growing on its own and adsense slowly increasing. I would expect over 2,000 pageloads for the month of December with its current track record and 1,000+ unique.

Over 90% of the traffic comes from google and yahoo.

P.S your adsense on footer is cutting of the page.

 

20 currently files hosted
size of files are currently all 1.5 MB or less (but its set up to where they can upload to 25)
hardly any bandwidth is used as of right now <2MB

Of course everything depends on the person uploading, I've had files around 10MB and 20MB bandwidth but its not common, most just upload a picture or document.

I didn't see anything wrong with the adsense?

Haha, I could smell that question coming. More then likely yes, but I don't know how to transfer it since its MySQL. I hired someone to design and install it, not proficent with databases unfortunately
