    Hi,

    Can any one please suggest where to exchange the link in following situation?

    1) A site with good pr (around 5 or 6) but not related to my industry.
    2) A site with low pr (around 1 or 2) but related to my industry.

    Option 2 for me. Link exchanges work better when your blogs/sites are related. ;D

    The best is always related sites. That would help you more in your SERPs.

    Well... so does it mean that BakcLink from higher PR sites doesn't have much value if its unrelated... :confused:

    You must do link exchange with related sites.

    No matter what PR other industry's sites having.

    You may get penalized by G
