hello,, tere... i have someone live in estonia and he work there... now he got a bank account there also... but since he is a foreigner so he dont have a credit card there... so if he open a paypal account, then how can he be able to withdraw money? does estonian paypal account can withdraw? if yes then how? is it by checks? and can it be cash on any bank in estonia? ja aidaku mind
Well, it should be able to apply for a Debit Card which he can withdraw to or if he is from the US, he can withdraw to his US bank account. Alternatively, he can just spend the money online.
no he is from india. actually he is one of my relative and i am thinking to use his paypal for my business because few more reversal will get my paypal locked. so i am thinking to use his and he got a estonian bank account. so i need to setup his paypal and use it for my business and he will withdraw the money and send it to me later by other service....
Well I live in Latvia, and I have same situation, I use VMI card, so I can withdraw my pp money in ATM
but he said estonian account dont have withdraw option inside... so how can he withdraw at his atm? is Latvian and Estonian accounts are same?
Latvia is a country on the south of Estonia. I believe a VMI card is not an official option provided by Paypal. However from what I understand, it is somewhat like Xoom except that instead of getting the money in your bank account, it goes to the VMI Card. Think of VMI as just another merchant where you send money to and in turn they fund your VMI Card.
i know where Latvia is but the problem is estonian acc. dont have withdraw option i guess... and estonia is not listed on Xoom.... i will just creat a paypal account on his address and name to see what withdraw option it have.... and if i dont see a withdraw option then i will close the acc.
I live in estonia and I have no problem with withdrawing money from my paypal(paypal -> credit card) If your man has no credit - he can't withdraw money I guess.
There is withdraw button in Estonian acc, and in Latvia acc to, Latvian and Estonian paypal accounts are identical
no he dont have a credit card... but i guess i will buy a vcc soon and try to get his account verified using one.... and now i see the withdraw option also.... head ööd...
