[WTS] PR4 tutorials website-unique

I have some projects in mind and this website dont have the attention it need, so its time to find a new home for him. I bought this website in here 2 months ago and it was a pr0 with few visits.
Now it is a valid pr4, had an average of 168 unique visits on november and 259 in october. A lot of traffic come from google too.
the url is www.tutorialsportal.com it have a lot of unique tutorials(I paid for them) and Ill give to the winner also 2 new tutorials to add.
Adsense revenue is just 15 dollars, I think that you need to put better the adsense ads, in a more attractive way!

Please provide screenshots of revenue proof with channel for each day and also traffic referral stats with the site name in the screenshot.

 

ok I post some details, the november one and the general one that show also october and in the last one you can read the name of the website.
I wont post the keyword of google or stuff that other people can use for their website!
Adsense is from 4 october, but remember that the first 2week I had this website it had no pr and few visits. I can send screenshot of adsens if you want for all the period, but Im telling you that its just 15 dollars.

 

Don't show the keywords people typing in to find the site if you don't want to, but do please show the overall referrals or install Extremetracker. This will give everyone an idea of where the traffic is coming from, how steady it is likely to be, etc. We will await these details.

And remember that I just add 2 tutorials in november thats why I had less visits, more content you add more visits will come.

most of the referer traffic is from hyperspin, please explain. Is this an ad?

 

Honestly I dont know what it is, should be something that controll your website, I hide the end cuz it contain the name of the guy who sold me.

 

All it is, is the server coming to ur site, like linkvendor.com if you use of the tools it will actually visit the site and show up as a referral, try to use the Visual Pagerank tool http://www.linkvendor.com/seo-tools/visualpagerank.html a few times and it will show up as referrals. So that traffic doesn't count at all as unique or real traffic at all.

 

Ok, listen you are free to dont believe me, but I never used that website hyperspin, and I dont know why I receive hits from it. Now I see autoblog for sale at a high price, and they have no unique content at all. Here Im selling a PR4, with a lot of unique article. Some categories and articles have pr too, and you can easily earn money selling link in each post(10 permanent link for 10 dollars and you have already 100 dollars).
Ill also give 2 new tutorials that I didnt pubblished, so you will have time to find others. Unique are up to 2000 in november but all visits are up to 5000 in november, it means that visitor continue to come, and also there are some registered in feedburner.
Now if you want to do an offer do it, if you just want bla bla bla in my post please just dont write nothing.
Still waiting some bid, if nobody will do a good bid in 3 days Ill sell somewhere else.
