Is it illegal to sell Article rewriter Script?(Can reword copyright free articles!)

I made a custom script which rewords a given article. For people who want to create Copyscape free articles this script will be very useful.
Just give a copyright free article to the script and it will reword the article using google translator. So that your article will be new and is copyscape free.
Is this script illegal. Actually I dunno this is legal or illegal!! If it is legal I will sell it here at DP. Any suggestions?

 

There is actually someone on here who is already selling the same thing you are proposing for $5 a pop. (and it's not me)

Yeah it is legal, because all you are effectively selling is a translation hook into Google or Babel

 

I think it is legal too. Please give a price and, if possible a demo. I am interested.
