If you want to start with article marketing, then the best place to start will probably be with ezinearticles.com - they have the highest traffic (from my knowledge)
You can also try out xomba.com It's easy to post an article there. The article would be listed in google in just few hours.
Yes, that is a good site, as I just set up an account with them and posted a couple of articles with them. The key to selecting article directories or websites to conduct your article marketing is to assess their alexa rank, i.e. the higher their alexa rank, the higher traffic levels they get and hence you will get! Simple.
Maybe it would make sense to submit to high ranked site like ezinearticles, then wait a day or 2 so you know it's indexed. Then do a bulk submission somewhere like isnare? But if you write many articles, It may make more sense to get indexed first at a variety of places. If that is the only issue, then why not pay for articles?
Find publishers of ezines, newsletters and topical sites in your market and submit articles directly to them for publication. Use the search engines to track them down by searching for your market and the word ezine/newsletter/article etc... also the directy or ezines has a wide list of different publishers spanning multiple markets. Also check out the link in my signature, one of the first tasks you will do in the program is find publishers and article marketing.
Submit to * ezinearticles * goarticles * articledashboard Different articles to different directories, with different backlinks (anchor text variations). Title should target a long tail keyword to attract traffic. If you have money to spend then outsource article writing to ghostwriters and submission to virtual assistants because writing and submitting is very time consuming. In addition you can submit to isnare.om and articlemarketer.com I also strongly recommend press releases. They can bring lots of traffic and great rankings. If you want to spend some bucks then use prweb.com Gunter
Article marketing can work quite well, but you have to submit articles on a regular basis. (I submit daily.) Writing just 3 or 4 articles won't benefit you much. By submitting daily, you come to be seen as an expert in your field. Traffic to my sites is doing very nicely due mostly to article marketing.
Right jomark3, the more the better. There lies the pain in this strategy. It works but is a lot of work. But there are no real shortcuts anyway. Gunter
Yes I agree! You do need to work at it to gain quality traffic to your site and to build a reputation in your market
You can get quality articles I think for like $10 each at exclusivearticle.com. I have used them and was happy with the quality for the price.
No, I'm not interested in writing for anyone else, but there are plenty here that do. Writers are here in a wide range of quality and cost. Check the buy, sell trade/content forum or copywriting forum for writers
Yes, ezine and goarticles are great places to submit. Why don't you check out the site in my sig? It's called the Bum Marketing Method and it will answer the questions that you have. It's a free e-course, so no worries about having to pay anything. You can also buy articles from constant-content.com, too.
