ok, i recorded a small video on my new digital camera the format is .MOV
and the size is 180mb which I think is rather large since the video is under 2 minutes in length. is there a way I can reduce the file size easy?
what is the best free program to reduce/compress this thing so I can upload it?

    any help is great..

raw video is stout. I can only fit like 15mins on my 2GB SD memory card.

did the camera come with any software? not sure if Windows movie maker can handle the mov format. If you had avi video then WMM for sure.

Yeah the Camera did come with a CD but I havent installed it yet, perhaps I should do that and maybe there is an option to compress. I am also using a 2gb card. i have the video on my computer i just need to upload to a site and 180mb for 1 video file is just to large.

    Thanks

if you don't see anything on the cd, maybe try this or similar: MOV Converter 1.7.0 http://www.gold-software.com/download9363.html
