member "indianherbcare" just scammed me out of $1,200!!

i thought she would be safe to do biz with since shes been a member here since Feb 2005 and had 12 iTraders+ (13 now after mine  ).

I agreed to sell my site pichoarder.com which i had advertised here to her for $1,200. the money was sent, i transfered the domain and site over to her. less than 2 minutes later i got an e-mail from paypal saying she didn't know about this money going out of her account and had placed a dispute!

Who do i speak to about getting this scammer banned?

This may sound bad to you but, mods will not get involved in transactions. You are responsible for any transaction you complete and if you get burned, there's no one else who will be responsible for that.

On the other note, I'm not sure if a user will get banned for such an action but I can't say for sure.

This is why on larger transactions you don't hand over anything until the money is safely in your BANK account and your PP account is empty. There's not much you can do now, you're basically screwed. Unless of course you decide to go to court if you have their info but that will be a lot of fun especially if they're not in the same country.

send all screen shots of the transaction to your domain provider and they will get your domain back

See the red triangle on the right side..report it to mods. AT least give them a heads up about it?

Next time, I would suggest using escrow. I think it's a bit safer. Don't you think?
