Well guys, I've finally changed my blog from blogspot and gave him a custom domain name (.com)

Now, what should I do now?
Anyways to tell Google that that's my new domain?
How do I recover my Alexa rank?
My visitors will be the same amount?
What will happen with my search engine ranking, which was excelent?
    Was this change worth it?

Everything is redirected, blogger takes care of that.

    Another tips?

If it's all redirected, just ensure you get all new backlinks to your .com and if possible alter existing backlinks to reflect the new URL. That part isn't essential, but it's desirable if you can do it.
