So, what about Paul and Israel?

A candidate that would like to see all foreign aid taken from Israel, to sit idly by as Iran develops nuclear weapons, to abandon Iraq to its fate. "Israel would be better off" and the Israelis "could take care of themselves" if the United States ended its alliance with Israel, he said.

During the Lebanon war last year, he spoke against a House resolution condemning attacks on Israel and supporting Israel?s right to defend itself. He warned that the resolution could lead to an escalation of the war.

On Iran, Paul is the staunchest critic of talk about military action against Iran which he calls "propaganda". He said that "Iran doesn't have a nuke and is nowhere close to getting one, according to the CIA" and that Iran "is hardly a perfect democracy, its system is far superior to most of our Arab allies about which we never complain."

America Brainwashed? Bin Laden doesn't exist? Sounds to me like you are the brainwashed one, another product of youtube i would imagine, So many out there that see these videos on youtube and think they're credible. Its just one conspiracy theory after another. You keep believing everything you see on the internet Mr King. You may be a rich man in a big castle, but from your attitude i bet your a lonely man. If not you are more than likely surrounded by people that are just like you. And i bet you sit around on a Saturday night and chit chat about how great you are. Truth is America is the greatest country in the world, and i admit we have issues, but we stand for what we believe, and we are more involved in the search for world peace than any other country.

Sorry if you feel that way, i live in the country and have a personal experience with the fruits of our country. We have come from a bunch of immigrants into a strong, prosperous, free nation. We are a young country compared to most, yet we are the ones everyone turns to when they need help. You bad mouth us behind our backs but when a great earth quake comes along, or a major typhoon wipes out a country, who is the first there to send aid? America seeks peace. We strive to keep peace. I believe envy prevents many from seeing that.

Agreed.. I've seem some strange posts here, but that one took the cake...

"Bush Taxes" , ah, what are those? Bush actually lowered taxes.. You don't watch CNN? ah, so... most American's don't either..

That guy (kid) is hilarious.. More often than not the biggest America bashers on this forum turn out to be hyper-active American Teens living in mommy and daddy's basement wasting away on the internet arguing about things that they have yet to experience or understand..

In this case, this kid should be out having a good time, enjoying life rather than repeating some worthless drivel that he most likely did get watching CNN... ;)

If someone gave you a dollar for each time you said "This is my last post in this thread", you'd be really rich in Syrian terms, i'm quite sure ;)

Somehow, I am reminded of the line from Dumb and Dumber:

Floyd: Bet you I can get you to gamble.

    Harry: You're on!

If the USA returned to being an isolationism, it wouldn't take long before there was a WWIII

You think? What do you think would be the cause?

I would say if we returned to isolationism, in the global marketplace, we could be left behind, while China, India, and possibly the European Union move past us.

Maybe then someone would decide to attack us for land/natural resources/past hatred, etc, like Japan did. I believe otherwise, WW I and II were started from greed, racial/ethnic hatred. Our isolationist policies didn't bring us into WW I and II. We were the late-comers in both.

However, I think we should back up a bit (by doing a bit of isolationist policy) and pay off our debt and create a de-incentive to importing (get some trade balance). We should also increase the incentive of Research and Development and lessen the burden of passing FDA approval, etc. R & D is what the USA was known for; being inventive and innovative. Now we're being left behind. For example, Stem Cell and other research is being practiced more in other countries.

nobody is ever taking anybody over ever again, the maps of the world will most likely stay current for awhile. at least the superpowers anyway. if russia took one step on our front door the world is ending. and nobody has a damn thing they can do about it. Complain all you want about america it will do nothing. either way your at our mercy and we are at others.

Also if nuclear weapons hadn't been invented America would probably consist of mexico, canada, and probably south america.

So how are we discriminating them? Yes, it is difficult to find a job when you do not speak Estonian, but I am guessing it is not easy do find a job in Russia too when you do not speak a word of Russian.

Germans also loved the way Hitler built up their army and look where that got us. Plus don't you think that your country has far worse problems than weak army? And "hungry west" LOL you should really listen less putin and try to read some non-censored newspapers.

Have we ever asked for your money? Build a Chinese wall around your country for all I care.

Yeah, I agree that moving this damn statue was wrong, piece of dynamite would have been much cheaper and faster. Plus then each Vasja and Massa could have had his or her own little piece of alyosha, it would have been win-win situation - we would have gotten rid of this a**h*le and all these tiblas (also known as homo sovieticus) wouldn't even have to leave their homes to celebrate the occupation of Estonia. But I understand that it is difficult for you to understand why we don't like this statue, because you have learned history from censored books, but I will try to make it as easy as possible: would you love a statue of a man who raped your mother, killed your father and deported your brother and sister, one of whom died on the way there (because these animal wagons were overloaded and there was no food) and the other died in Siberia?

And you think the ones that support putin are cleaner?
