i'm looking to sell my popular image hosting site.

The site doesn't need managed, though it does have an admin panel from where you can change settings like max upload limit, ban users, delete images, ban IP's etc.
The site has a gallery where all uploaded images that are uploaded by non members appear automatically. There is also a random image section. Users have an option to join as a member for free where they're max upload limt per file changes from 2MB to 10MB. Members can also take control over their own images, deleting them, making them private etc. about 120 people have signed up as members for this option so far, but the vast majority still just use the standard uploading as guests option.
The site currently allows adult hosting, which has helped the site to become more widely known and used as people have recommended us to friends after other hosting sites have removed their adult images.

Revenue:

The only revenue stream i have on the site is adsense. Mainly because i have been building the site up and didn't want to alienate anyone with mass ads and/or pop ups that other image hosting sites use.
The site makes around $70 a month through adsense.


Traffic:

The site has grown every month without fail since it went live, and continues to grow. Stats below*...

*These are only from the last few months since the site was moved to a new server. The site has been around since Feb 2007.

Country specific stats. as you can see the nations using the site are western nations that can be good for advertising...


Asking Price:
I'm starting the price at just 12 months rev. since the only rev i have on the site atm is adsense its cheap. the new owner could put pop-unders and other more intensive ads on the site to earn more. there is also other rev possibilities like charging for membership etc. but i'll leave that up to the new owner to decide.

How is the site transferred if I purchase it? Do you just give me the login details or what?

 

Are you allowed adsense on a site that has loads of adult / porn images , is this not against TOS?

A couple problems here

1) You cannot place Adsense on an adult website
2) You have wrongfully removed the copyright notice from the footer

The script can be found here...It's a free script, and you're not supposed to remove the copyright...I'd suggest you add it back, quick

 

hmm ok. i got the script from a third party and i was told i could edit the copyright. but i've put the original back up.

On the adsense, i think most image hosting sites use adbrite anyway, so the new owner could easily change that.

If I can't use adsense, then the revenue that you making from adsense won't be valid anymore and that directly affect the selling price from $750 down to....

i got control of my site back last week and the traffic, rev etc is all back to normal now. so this site is back for sale. i'm taking bids from serious buyers only please.
