    nope, it´s not fake, it´s not just cached by google

    once, you´ll put up site on it, it will be recached and PR will be valid

    I made one mistake in domain - sorry:), it´s ALFONDOTEATRO(dot)COM

    When you can't spell it right while selling it how do u expect the buyer to remember!!:D

    I´m sure Alfondoteatro is pretty easy to spell and to remember!

    and I offer this domain only for 10 bucks - pretty good price for valid PR2 domain with 5 years history.

    OK, I´ll run this offer for another 6 hours and if nobody will take it, I´ll leave it myself:)

    And the buyer has to renew paying another 10 bucks.

    I would be gr8 if sellers mention the expiry date while selling.
    If it was for a few months more.....I would have definitely picked it up for $10

    if it was for a few months more, I would not sell it for $10 buddy :D

    about expiration date - I HAVE NEVER LIED ABOUT IT AND NEVER HIDE ANYTHING!

    If you work with domains you will always check it for yourself and creation date was clearly stated!

    once again - 5 years old domain with PR is worth more than 10 bucks! if you want a domain with one full year of registration for $10 I can help you:)
