Bit of a rant here. If you are looking for a specific question, Sorry. (well, maybe at the end, but then you will miss my wonderful rant).

Looks like I have finally been smart-priced. Not bad. I had a nice run. It happened to me not too long ago. (It was most likely to do with my proxies not converting the clicks - who would have guessed? a Proxy NOT converting?!) Only problem is, I have other sites I am starting up too that seem to be effected (and they were converting, at least converting better than proxies were, thats for sure).

I 'heard' that smart-pricing is evaluated each week (from a post that I read a while ago - not sure if that has changed or not) and tracked within a 30 day cookie.

I have ... 8-10 proxies now. Each made me anywhere to $0.60-$2.10 a day (each) when I had a lower amount of clicks. The timing cannot be worse either, I recently revamped all my proxies with a newer design that had much higher CTR's than previously so I was going to expect quite a few clicks from them. (I am getting those clicks, but now I they are only worth 1-3 cents each click).

Well, if I did have a question, I guess this would be it. For all those proxy owners that get tons of money from proxies. How often do you get smart-priced? how long does it usually last?

Just wait it out and and ad some more keywords on your page to get different ads.

In a nutshell it means your clicks are not converting for the advertiser.
So G will smartprice you, which in turn means you will get 1 or 3 cents per click instead of say 10c or 30cents etc.
This is to protect the advertiser's ROI (return on investment)
