    Google says:

    We're sorry...

... but we can't process your request right now. A computer virus or spyware application is sending us automated requests, and it appears that your computer or network has been infected.
We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your computer is free of viruses and other spurious software.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google.

I ran Panda scan and only found tracking cookies...no virus detected.

It's happened off and on for 2 days.

    Any other suggestions?

Actually you may see the message whenever you want from this search link

    try this [ google.com/search?q=site:forums.digitalpoint.com&start=990 ]
    http://google.com/search?q=site:forums.digitalpoint.com&start=990

you shall get the same "Error" result

    I will not worry about.

Since every one gets the same error result through
    [ google.com/search?q=site:forums.digitalpoint.com&start=990 ]

Perhaps that is Google's own problem not yours.

The error is normal. It usually occurs if you are querying the Google servers above a certain quota.
E.g. using Google translator or a tool to check PageRank (except Google toolbar).
