No, you certainly don't need to be a Premium Publisher, or earn $10,000 per month. We got the digital picture frame and weren't earning that much. I certainly would suspect it's only those earning over a certain amount though, not only a few dollars. Don't know if it's based on specific earnings at a particular time, or an average, or a steady increase/improvement... or only those who wear ladies underwear or high heel shoes, whether in public or private. Who knows with Google. It sure was nice though. Made us feel like we'd "arrived" in Google's eyes. I couldn't believe it when the courier showed up with a package from Google!
If my earning were high enough, I could careless if I was getting a gift! Although, I would not hesitate excepting one. I thought they were Festivus gifts and not Christmas gifts.
It's hard to tell what they're going to do. I hope they don't forget! I don't believe it'll be a phone, but that would make sense for a lot of their business stuff this year. Maybe it'll be a gps / mapping device. Or a Google griddle for the kitchen. Or, I got it, since they're going green and everything: A solar powered battery charger.
I never knew google sent gifts.. Or do they? From the topic starters post.. It sounds like you got something last year... Did you? What was it?
I have a list of the previous year's gifts, with pictures, at my blog: http://www.admoolah.com/blog/index.php/2007/12/what-will-googles-christmas-gift-be-this-year/
I find it ironic that the people who really don't need a crappy $50 present are the people who get them
Did you really receive something from Google? That's cool.... You must be so lucky I guess that's one in a million chance, as there are so many Google AdSense users around the world.
