Stop reading e-books and take action!
    But where to start?
This seems a wonderful forum, but don't know where to start!
    Any advice, please!
    Thanks

    ditto.

    JUST DO IT.

even if it's just one forum post a day on any forum....just do it!

you might not get traffic or any signups to your website at first (and chances are that you won't) but as you progress and do it more and more everyday, new advertising ideas will pop into your head...then you will be able to take it to the next level.

but you first of all need to just do it.

get out of the DP forums and go post on forums related to your niche.

    do it today, my friend.

"Where do I start?" is quite a broad question. First you have to figure out what exactly you're starting on.

That is a very valid question. Even if it is a bit hard to answer.

I was in your position a few days ago. I didn't know where to begin. I didn't know how to begin and I didn't know if I wanted to begin.

I trawled this forum for days looking for ideas, but this is what I came up with in the end:

    1) find a niche/topic that you have some knowledge in. Make sure your idea is diferent to all the others out there.
    2) Write quality content, or in my case, if you don't think you have the necessary ability to do so hire someone to do it. (PM me if you want more info on the people I used - they were excellent)
    3) submit articles to article directories. I havn't quite reached this step yet, but I will do
    4) Submit your link to other directories.

And just keep expanding from here. There are many brilliant resources here on DP for building traffic, so have a look around and ask a few questions. You will be surprised with what you find.

I have also started a blog as a kind of diary of what I am doing so other starters like me can learn from my mistakes and successes. The URL is www.newbmarketing.com please check it out an give me some feedback

My first idea is that I have to be earning $100 per day to pay my bills ASAP or I am going to be history!:mad::eek:

What would you do to do so and is it possible?

Your on the right path about not reading "e-books" (waste of money). This forum has alot of great resoures that you should read up on. Well there is a few different things that you can start doing sign up for affiliate companies (azoogle, copeac, maxbounty, etc.) When you sign up they will ask what website you are going to use, well if you don't have a site yet just say you are using PPC(pay per click) to generate traffic that should get you approved. Once you get approved pick an offer and start looking in PPC, The big three search engines are google, yahoo, and msn. So the best PPC sites are Adwords, YSM, and Adcenter. Here is a link to my blog that has coupons for credit at theses sites. So when you set all that up you want to test offers and keywords. It is pretty time consuming. You will eventually get the hang of it and it will get easier. But there is no fast money to be made on the net it all takes time. Also, if you want to make an easy website. Then you should look into making a blog. The best platform to use when making a blog is wordpress. It is very easy to use, you can ethier go to wordpress.com and get a subdomain for free (ex. example.wordpress.com) or you can get your own domain (which is better) it is like $8 or $9 to get the domain. Hosting is only like $4 a month. Godaddy has a one step auto install for wordpress which makes it alot easier to edit the themes and add the plugins that you want. There is alot of things that you can do, there is so much good "Free" info out there that you just have to look for it. Just please anyone reading this don't buy e-books look in this forum.

    Hey dude,

If your bills situation is that serious, you're probably better off getting a job.

    Why?

A job is a guaranteed regular paycheck, whereas making money online (when you're new) is not. Even once you have a definite plan, getting people to your site and getting them to buy can take some time. Possibly more time than you have right now.

Also, if you have a regular job, you'll have more money to invest in your business, which will help it grow faster.

The key is to stay focused and determined, while still allowing yourself enough breathing room that you can make mistakes without worrying about getting kicked out of your place or whatever.

    Best of luck!

I am reminded of a saying, I can't remember by who. But it goes something like this:

"If you get into business with the primary objective of making lots of money to buy nice things you will fail, however if you get into business because you are passionate about what you are doing and money is secondary you will succeed"

Think about that for a while

Please I need some serious and straightforward recommendations to start, because the number of options/products I am finding on my way make very difficult for me to to tell apart what is good and what is not, what is a scam and what is not!
Please , recommendations like:"do whatever you feel comfortable with... " kind won't help me!
    Thanks a lot

    1. Come up with a product idea
    2. Make sure there is both sufficient search volume for the products keyword (you need to boil your product down to one keyword) and people paying for PPC clicks
    3. Create the product using Camtasia
    4. Get a domain with hosting
    5. Write the sales letter
    6. Register with Clickbank
    7. Promote the site and start selling
    8. Wash, rinse, repeat steos 1 thru 7.

I have done the above in just a few hours of work spread out over a few days... it works.

One of the biggest pitfalls is not taking action. If you take action then you are ahead of 95% of all others already.

It doesn't matter what you choose or how good you are. Just take action and improve later.

I agree. Simply taking action puts you WAY AHEAD of most people. If you put in the effort, you risk making the gains ;)
