can we put adsense near to clickable buttons

i want ur advice to make sure its not breaking TOS

please see the submit page on Lovely Directory and tell me if this placement is ok or not

You seem to have a good space between your ads and any clickable buttons to me.

But you can always email Google to ask if you want.

I don't see anything wrong with the placement. You aren't causing invalid clicks intentionally or asking people to click there.
