    I am also looking for one. I am currently trying to find an inexpensive VPS that would allow proxy hosting... dedicated server is too expensive for me at this point.

    Though I don't recommend VPS for proxies, you can have these from thewird.

    CGIProxy??? Do you really think you need it?
