I used to use both Kontera and Adsense on the same site, but Kontera isn't what it used to be. Their rates slowly got worse and worse, so eventually I just got rid of them. Some users were complaining about them, anyway, so all the better.

I use both Kontera and Adsense and their doesn't seem to be a problem with mixing the two programs. I get a high click-through rate because my website, tv-stream.org, has a lot of good keywords. I don't have to give up ad space by using Kontera and I prefer it to Chitika ShopLinc or Amazon Contextual Links.
No, I have signed a two month testing agreement with trafficmarketplace It's performing a bit better than kontera on my site, but still way too far from Adsense in terms of revenue. Not sure I will keep it.
I use it on a finance site and so far commision has been very low compared to adsense (roughly $0.05 per click im getting)
