Yes, .name domains are not worth much usually. However, this domain hack spells out one helluva word in the English language. It's not your ordinary .name domain, its possibilities are endless... Thanks for your reply though.
There are a ton of great .name's out there. I think you've picked up a nice one, but I'm not sure if I would pay any more than the registration fee for it (as it seems everyone else agrees). I registered smaller.name and I thought it was awesome, but really, who cares about .names?
I could care less about .names, and I've never even considered purchasing one until I came across this gem.
OK, looks like I've been the wrong one here, my apologies :0 I guess Im just not used to calling things "hacks" in the domain world, Im used to hacks being something more video game/pc related Sorry for the misunderstanding
I like this domain's possibilities, hard to believe it wasn't taken. I would take it to SEDO or Afternic.
.names are not holding well at all- and as they said, this is not a true hack- a hack incorporates the suffix within the name- this does not- so all you have is ick developed using a prefix, and drive traffic to the site, then you might have something
you're right, i stand corrected- as "nickname" it is a hack- thank goodness you were so gracious about it
Did you expect me to be? Another person already tried to argue that earlier on in this thread, and got completely owned. If you are going to jump into a thread unaware of previous posts, be prepared to be ridiculed.
i was being serious- i didnt consider that ridiculed in the slightest. i have seen people ridicule others, and you were no where like that- but i guess thats what you meant so-
