You are free to explain what Hits means. If something is incorrect in your explanation I can correct it for everybody to udnerstand...

Ans: Hits will start appearing within 24 hrs. of starting the campaign. Normally 4-6 hrs.
2. Where are the hit coming from, different IP?
Ans: Hits means page hits & views. If you talk about IP menaing you are talking about visitors. For Visitors packages visit our website www.samdisha.net. Visitors packages are mentioned there.
3. I will be using Adsense to monitor, what if we dont see results?
Ans: Google Analytics doesnt shows these hits. They are meant to show visitors which are generated organically or through search engines.

Google Analytics tracks all Hits or visitors or whatever where single page view is recorded.

If Analytics can't be used to track the hits, then what can be used ??
