You can't remove ban from website, you're lucky that account's active. Don't search for a reason, the reason is always.... "because, bla, bla, bla". Today I've also lost my best website, they like to shoot in their own foots, why ? who knows, maybe they like to piss people :/
There's no reason, they just don't like it, that's all. Sometimes it's for click frauds, but there is no possibility that someone could click the same add for 100 times and advertiser will lose his money.They have very smart system to prevent clicks frauds, so it's only "official" reason.
you can always try to mail them to ask why it got banned, a friend of mine bought a used domain a while ago to find that it was banned from google. he put up a new website with a whole different theme, mailed and explained it to google, and now his back on..
as far as I know: no - they display public service ads (aka "costfree ads", "PSA") on your site in this case.
Tell me which language is your site in? It looks like Urdu or something...not sure..and i think that ads in that language are not available in Adsense..so i think thats why your site got banned..Well i might not be 100% correct..email Adsense regarding this..
First, do you have a rock band or a pop band ?. ....Now seriously, you can't get your site unbanned, and consider yourself lucky you didnt get the whole account shut down.
Warez websites are against AdSense TOS. Please read it next time before placing ads on a site. Goodluck.
