    If you just read any of the other posts besides the first one, you'd have seen like 3 other people ask the same question and see http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=580048 this link about 3 times. Putting two and two (or three and three) together, you might have been able to deduce that following the link would answer all your questions, in amazing detail.
