No, YPN is currently available in the United States only.

You can! But it'd require a lot of effort, money and time, not to mention that you may have to pay state and federal income tax. Unless you desperately need YPN, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

What you'd need to do is incorporate a LLC in Delaware State and get TIN number (equivalent to SSN). It'd cost rough $1000/year. Next, you'd need to open a US Corporate Bank Account which would cost $2500 one-time, plus you would need at least $5,000 for the deposit in the US bank account. You can hire some professionals to do all of these online for you.

After your LLC is legally open, you can then sign up for YPN account by providing your LLC's details and the TIN number. Yahoo will never know that you're from abroad. Even they know, they won't close your account, because it's linked to your LLC not you. Your LLC is legitimate, protected and governed by USA laws. Yahoo will ask only the LLC documents. You keep your full identity.

Oh by the way, if you live in a country sanctioned by US government, you won't be able to open the LLC. Again, if you don't need YPN badly, don't do this. It's very costly and to many others here, it'd look stupid. It's worth a try if your website earns at least a grand per month and got banned by Adsense.

If anyone wants to open a LLC for adsense or YPN, I can recommend you to a reliable and affordable registered agent. They can form a LLC, get the EIN number (equivalent to SSN), open your US Bank Corporate Checking Account and rent an office address. All done online without you flying to USA. PM me for details.

In the last post, I forgot to mention that you would need to rent an office address in USA which costs $300/year. Because you live abroad, you would need an office address in USA to receive and forward mails to you in your home country. Here's another hassle, when you open a US bank account, you will need to sign up for an USA telephone forwarding service which costs about $20/month. Your USA telephone number ensures that if somebody like Yahoo or Google representative there calls you, you will be able to pick up the calls from your phone in home country.

The benefits are so rewarding. You can have the earnings directly deposited (EFT) into your USA bank account. Sign up for full PayPal business account, and better yet open a merchant account to accept credit cards at 2% rate.

I think these services are strictly for non-us webmasters who have the guts to move forward and have a brighter future.

myclip, i'm so disappointed in you. Stop using this forum, stop asking questions, because you DON'T read. Don't you see I have shown you the way to get into YPN even you are not an American? Although it might not be the logical way for you due to its costs but this is the way for a non-us resident to join YPN legally.

Anyway, why are you so desperate about it? You can join Adsense. It's also good or maybe better in many cases. If you can't get into Adsense, join BidVertiser or many other networks (Affiliate, Direct Ads, Clicksor, AdBrite, WidgetBucks, etc).
